Is this a Zestimate?

No. A licensed agent pulls recent comparable sales and reviews them. An automated estimate doesn't know your kitchen was redone or that the house backs onto a road.

Do I have to list with you to get it?

No. Take the number and do what you like with it. There's no obligation and no charge.

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a trade. You do more of the legwork than you would with a traditional agent — scheduling, being at the house, making decisions. We do the licensed parts and the paperwork. If you'd rather hand over all of it, Full Service at $4,999 is that.
