Our no-fee terms
A flat $999 or $4,999 instead of a percentage. Here is exactly what you owe, and when.
- $0 up front.
- Nothing is charged when you start. There is no card on file and no deposit, so there is never anything to refund.
- No fee if it doesn't sell.
- If your home does not sell, you owe nothing. Not a reduced fee, not a listing fee, not costs. Nothing.
- No cancellation fee and no expiration fee.
- Change your mind and you owe nothing. If the listing runs its term without a sale, you owe nothing then either.
- Paid from escrow at closing.
- The fee comes out of your proceeds when the sale closes, handled by escrow. You never write us a cheque.
What this does not cover
Escrow, title and any county transfer tax are separate, paid to those companies rather than to us, and are owed whether or not you use SelfCloze. Compensation you choose to offer a buyer's agent is also separate and is your decision.
