Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California law treats sharing information for targeted advertising as a “sale or share”, even when no money changes hands. This page turns that off.
What we share, and with whom
One company: Meta, for advertising. When you use the site we may send Meta that a page was viewed, that a calculator was used, and that a form was submitted. If you give us an email address or a phone number, those are hashed before they are sent — scrambled one way, so they can be matched against an account Meta already has without us handing over the address itself.
We never send Meta your home's price, your mortgage payoff, your equity, or your address. Those are the figures this site exists to work out with you, and an advertising platform has no use for them.
We do not sell personal information for money, to anyone, ever.
What opting out changes
The advertising pixel does not load at all, and nothing is sent to Meta from our server either. The site works exactly as it did. You will still see ads elsewhere; they will be less likely to be ours.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, you are already opted out and we honour it without you doing anything here.
Your other rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for it to be corrected. Email hello@selfcloze.com and we will respond. We will not treat you differently for asking.
